Combining GRA with a Fuzzy QFD Model for the New Product Design and Development of Wickerwork Lamps

With the popularization of concept sustainability in traditional wickerwork, wickerwork lamps have become most popular production. When customers purchase lamp products, Kansei consensus has a key factor influencing communication between manufacturers and customers. Therefore, purpose this paper is to explore product design solutions for that meet emotional satisfaction users. Firstly, three-level evaluation grid diagram driven by user attractiveness through Miryoku Engineering established. Secondly, uses grey relational analysis (GRA) extract priority order its weight values perceptual vocabulary identify needs design. In effectively deal with uncertain information, fuzzy quality function deployment (QFD) used construct “emotional demand-design parameter” transformation model derive optimal parameters mapping process, thus reducing ambiguity uncertainty demand process. Based on experimental results, it found best combination Texture light transmittance, Simple material, Wickerwork primary colours, Cascaded type Pastoral style could be preferred customers, proposed method can reduce The results study enable designers accurately grasp customers’ perceptions products obtain products.
